Then we learned about Sculpsure. It’s a new laser technology that offers a non-invasive laser procedure that destroys fat cells. Both Dr. Leialoha and I jumped at the opportunity to learn more about this technology and to bring it to our patients. And, yes, we wanted this technology for ourselves and if it worked well and was safe, we would bring it to our own patients. Now with close to one year of having this innovative technology in our office, we are happy to say that Sculpsure has helped hundreds, including ourselves and staff, feel and look better in our clothes. We now want to help the many patients who feel that same way we did after going through pregnancy-altering body changes.
Sculpsure takes two 25 minute sessions 6-8 weeks apart to decrease fat up to 25% in any given area. Pain varies for each individual, but it is well-tolerated and easily titrated to meet each patient's comfort level. In addition to SculpSure being a short and non-invasive procedure, it also has no down time; perfect for us busy working parents. I have tried my flanks and lower abdomen and these areas definitely have less fat. Every patient is different on how well they respond to the laser treatments.
